Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2025 will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Pasar Seni, Ancol Taman Impian at 06:30 WIB.

Registration will open on Wednesday May 14, 2025, at 12.00 WIB with a limited quota.

Only those who`re currently domicile in Indonesia can join this event, both Indonesian citizen or foreigners with KITAS

Yes.If the entire quota of Happy Run 2025 participant tickets (5K and 10K) is out of stock and the status change to SOLD OUT, then please check the Taiwan Excellence Happy Run website and Taiwan Excellence Indonesia Social Media regularly for information regarding the opening of the Waiting List ticket registration.

After the Race Pack collection ends, Waiting List participants who are selected to be Happy Run 2025 participants will get a notification from the Taiwan Excellence Organizer via Whatsapp and Email. Waiting List participants who have been selected will not get Ancol entrance tickets, but still get a Race Pack with a collection schedule on the day of the event, Sunday, June 15, 2025 before 06:30 WIB at the Information Booth, Pasar Seni, Ancol Taman Impian.

The 'FULL BOOKED' ticket status indicates that all available tickets are fully booked but still awaiting completion of the form from ticket buyers. If the process of filling out all ticket forms has been completed, the ticket sales status will change to 'SOLD OUT'.

No. However, this event is open to public, you can come directly to the location to join the race, but you won’t get the Race Pack, including the Lucky Draw coupon inside it.

Only participants who have registered online and collected the Race Pack are entitled to get a Lucky Draw coupon .

Yes, the Top 3 Fastest Runners from each category (5K and 10K) will get a trophy and gift from Taiwan Excellence.

The Race Pack can be picked up at Gedung Serbaguna Senayan, on 7-8 June 2025 at 10:00-18:00 WIB. Please refer to your E-Ticket for the applicable conditions for Race Pack collection.

You are required to show your E-Ticket along with original personal identity card in accordance with the data that has been registered.

Yes, participants who are unable to collect the race pack collection by themselves can be represented by attaching a power of attorney, E-Ticket and a photocopy of the participant's identity card as registered. Download the power of attorney letter form here

You can be represented by another person by bringing a letter of power of attorney, E-Ticket and a photocopy of your identity card. However, participants who do not collect the Race Pack on 7-8 June 2025, will forfeit their participant status, and their slot will be given to the Waiting List participants. You will get a Race Pack consisting of a Bag, T-Shhirt, BIB (Chest number), Ancol entrance ticket, and a Lucky Draw Coupon.

Prepare your stamina, wear your best costume in Happy Run 2025's T-Shirt, BIB (chest number), and your other running equipment. Don`t forget to bring your Ancol entrance ticket and the Lucky Draw coupon that was given at the time of the Race Pack Collection. Participants who have certain health conditions are required to bring their personal medicines.

Yes, the entrance ticket that are given to the participants is only an individual ticket. The vehicle entrance ticket can be purchased through the Ancol’s official website (https://www.ancol.com/widget/regular-taman-pantai)

Participants are prohibited from carrying sharp objects or other dangerous items that can possibly injure themselves or others.

No. Each participant is responsible for their belongings and the organizer will not take any responsibility of any loss.

You can use the available public toilet at the venue to change your clothes.

The gates that can be accessed for the Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2025 event are the WEST and EAST gates.

Participants can park vehicles in the parking area that is available at the venue, parking tickets are the responsibility of each participant. The organizer will not be responsible for the loss of any parking tickets.
