Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2022 will be held on Sunday, 28th of August 2022 at Pasar Seni, Ancol Taman Impian at 07:00 AM

Registration will be open on Monday, 1st of August 2022, at 12:00 PM with limited quota.

Only those who`re currently domicile in Indonesia can join this event, both Indonesian citizen or foreigners with KITAS

Yes. If the number of registered participants for Happy Run 2022 has exceeded the quota provided, the next participant who registers will automatically receive a confirmation letter as a Waiting List participant.

After the Race Pack collection ends, the Waiting List participants who are selected to become Happy Run 2022 participants will receive a notification from Taiwan Excellence’s Committee via Whatsapp and Email.

Waiting List participants who have been selected will not get an Ancol entrance ticket, but will still receive a Race Pack consisting of Sling Bag, Happy Run 2022’s T-shirt, BIB (chest number),Taiwan Excellence KN95 Mask, and Lucky Draw Coupon.

Waiting List participants who have been selected can take the Race Pack on Saturday, 27th of August 2022 starting at 07:00 AM until 16:00 PM, and Sunday, 28th of August 2022 before 07:00 AM at the Information Booth, Pasar Seni, Ancol Taman Impian.

Yes. The Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2022 event is free of charge.

There are 2 route categories that participants can choose :
- 5K Run
- 10K Run

No. However, this event is open to public, you can come directly to the location to join the race, but you won’t get the Race Pack, including the Lucky Draw coupon inside it.

Only participants who have registered online and take the Race Pack are entitled to get a Lucky Draw coupon .

Yes, the Top 3 Fastest Runners from each category (5K and 10K) will get a trophy and gift from Taiwan Excellence.

The Race Pack can be picked up at the Event Space Go Work, Central Park Mall on 13 & 14th of August 2022 at 10:00 AM-18:00 PM. Please check the confirmation email that you have received to confirm the date you selected during registration.

You are required to bring and show your confirmation email along with participant’s personal identity card in accordance with the data that has been registered.

Yes, participants who are unable to attend the race pack collection can be represented by attaching a power of attorney, confirmation letter and a photocopy of the participant~s identity card as registered.

You can be represented by another person by bringing a power of attorney, confirmation letter and a photocopy of your identity card or participant being represented.

However, participants who do not take the Race Pack on August 13-14, 2022, will lose their participant status, and the slot will be released to the Waiting List participants. Download the form here

You will get a Race Pack consisting of a Sling Bag, Happy Run 2022’s T-shirt, BIB (Chest number), Taiwan Excellence’s KN95 Mask, Ancol entrance ticket, and a Lucky Draw Coupon.

Prepare your stamina, wear Taiwan Excellence Happy Run’s T-shirt, BIB (chest number) and your other running equipment. Don`t forget to bring your Ancol entrance ticket and the Lucky Draw coupon that was given at the time of the Race Pack Collection. Participants who have certain health condition are required to bring their personal medicines.

Yes, the entrance ticket that are given to the participants is only an individual ticket. The vehicle entrance ticket can be purchased through the Ancol’s official website (www.ancol.com)

Participants are prohibited from carrying sharp objects or other dangerous items that can possibly injure themselves or others.

None. Each participant is responsible for their belongings and the organizer will not take any responsibility of any loss.

You can use the toilet available at the activity location to change your clothes.

The doors that can be accessed for the Happy Run 2022 event are the WEST and EAST gates.

Participants can park their private vehicles in the parking area that is available at the event location, parking tickets are the responsibility of each participant. The organizer will not be responsible for the loss of any parking tickets.

All participants are required to check in through the Peduli Lindungi app before entering the event area, if the check-in results show the participant is in an unhealthy condition, the participant will not be allowed to enter the event area.

All participants must receive a complete vaccination, participants aged 18 years and over must receive a booster vaccine.

Participants who are declared medically unable to receive the vaccine (have comorbids), are required to bring a Doctor`s Letter stating that you can`t receive the Covid-19 vaccine because of medical reasons.

Visitors who come from abroad are required to bring a complete vaccine certificate / vaccine card, they are also requested to download the Peduli Lindungi app and required to check in before entering the event area.

Participants are required to wear masks during the event. Participants are requested to only use medical masks (not cloth masks).

The race pack will be delivered at the latest on September 2, 2022, with a delivery period of approximately 14 days according to logistics conditions and delivery location.

No, because this event is just for fun, it’s not a competition, therefore there are no podium prizes. But participants can take part in the lucky draw.

The organizer will only accept and follow the data recorded on the Taiwan Excellence Virtual Happy Run’s website (link).

Yes. One account is only valid for one registered participant, and may not be loaned to others.

Yes, participants who have completed a 10 KM run will be included in the lucky draw.

Please bring your Lucky Draw coupon and put it into the lucky draw box at the Fun Bike’s Information Booth at Allianz Ecopark, Ancol on 27th of August 2022.

The winner will be drawn on 27th August 2022 at 09:30 AM at Pasar Seni, Ancol

Winners are required to be present at the time of the drawing, otherwise the draw will be canceled and the organizer will conduct a re-draw. Winners are required to show the original identity card according to the name listed on the lucky draw coupon, otherwise the organizer has the right to cancel the lucky draw results.

Don`t forget to bring your Ancol entrance ticket, and the lucky draw coupon you have collected at Fun Bike Kit collection. Participants who have certain health conditions are required to bring their personal medicines.
